EDU - 302.1 -SCHOOL INTERNSHIP PROGRAMME - 1- WEEK @kristraj H S S Kollam (15th july 2025  to18 th July 2025)  അധ്യാപക പരിശീലനത്തിനായി ഞാൻ തിരഞ്ഞെടുത്തത് ക്രിസ്തുരാജ് ഹയർ സെക്കൻഡറി സ്കൂൾ കൊല്ലം ആയിരുന്നു. അധ്യാപന ജീവിതത്തിന്റെ നിർണ്ണായകമായ വഴിത്തിരിവായി സ്കൂൾ അന്തരീക്ഷം എന്നെ വരവേറ്റു. 9G, 9B ക്ലാസുകൾ ലിസി ടീച്ചർ ആഗ്നസ് സിസ്റ്റർ എന്നിവരുടെ നേതൃത്വത്തിൽ ഞാൻ അധ്യാപനം നടത്തി.എല്ലാ ദിവസവും രാവിലെ കൃത്യം 9 മണിക്ക് തന്നെ എത്തിച്ചേരുകയും ക്ലാസുകൾ എടുക്കുകയും ചെയ്തു. ആന ഡോക്ടർ എന്ന പാഠഭാഗം പഠിപ്പിച്ചു. എക്സാം നടക്കുന്നതിനാൽ ഉച്ചതിരിഞ്ഞുള്ള സമയങ്ങളിൽ ചോദ്യപേപ്പർ  അടുക്കുന്നതിന് സീനിയർ അധ്യാപകരെ സഹായിക്കുകയും എല്ലാം വ്യക്തമായി മനസ്സിലാക്കുകയും ചെയ്തു. ഉച്ചഭക്ഷണം നൽകുന്നതിനും മറ്റും നേതൃത്വം വഹിച്ചു. ഈ ഒരാഴ്ച കുട്ടികളുമായി വളരെ അടുത്ത് ഇടപഴകുന്നതിനും പരീക്ഷ നടത്തിപ്പിനെ സംബന്ധിച്ചും  ഒരുപാട് കാര്യങ്ങൾ മനസ്സിലാക്കാൻ സാധിച്ചു.

EDU - 302.1 -SCHOOL INTERNSHIP PROGRAMME - 7 - WEEK @kristraj H S S Kollam (15th September to 19th September 2025) പതിവുപോലെ 9 മണിയോടെ തന്നെ സ്കൂളിൽ എത്തിച്ചേരുകയും അസംബ്ലിയിൽ പങ്കുചേരുകയും ചെയ്തു. 17/ 9 /25 ബുധനാഴ്ച പിടിഎ മീറ്റിംഗ് ആയിരുന്നു. കുട്ടികളെല്ലാം അവരവരുടെ അച്ഛനും അമ്മയുമായി എത്തി മാർക്കുകൾ വിശകലനം ചെയ്യുകയും പോരായ്മകൾ മനസ്സിലാക്കുകയും ചെയ്യ്തു. സെപ്റ്റംബർ പതിനേഴാം തീയതി സ്കൂളിൽ ഒരു പുസ്തക പ്രകാശനം ഉണ്ടായിരുന്നു. കുട്ടികൾക്ക് ആസ്വാദ്യകരവും അറിവും വിജ്ഞാനവും പകരുന്ന ഒട്ടനവധി പുസ്തകങ്ങൾ മേളയിൽ ഉണ്ടായിരുന്നു. ഡെപ്യൂട്ടി അച്ചമായ മാഗി റ്റീച്ചർ ആയിരുന്നു മേള ഉദ്ഘാടനം ചെയ്തത്. മേളയിലെത്തുന്ന എല്ലാ കുട്ടികൾക്കും വായിക്കാനും അവ വിലകൊടുത്ത് വാങ്ങുവാനുള്ള സൗകര്യം ഒരുക്കിയിരുന്നു. എല്ലാ കുട്ടികളെയും പങ്കെടുപ്പിച്ചുകൊണ്ട് രണ്ടുദിവസമായിരുന്നു മേള സംഘടിപ്പിച്ചത്.

2nd PHASE SCHOOL INTERNSHIP PROGRAMME - 2,3 - WEEK @kristraj H S S Kollam (10/11/25 to 21/11/25)

 ഈ ദിവസങ്ങളിൽ ഞാൻ വളരെ കൃത്യ സമയത്ത് തന്നെ സ്കൂളിൽ എത്തിച്ചേരുകയും കൃത്യമായി ക്ലാസുകൾ എടുക്കുകയും ചെയ്തു. അധ്യാപന പരിശീലത്തിൽ കഴിഞ്ഞ ഘട്ടത്തിൽ നിന്നും വ്യത്യസ്തമായി 9 ഡി ക്ലാസ്സാണ് എനിക്ക് പഠിപ്പിക്കുന്നതിനായി അനുവദിച്ചു നൽകിയിരുന്നത്. കഴിഞ്ഞദിവസം പഠിപ്പിച്ച കാര്യങ്ങളെക്കുറിച്ച് കുട്ടികളോട് ചോദിക്കുകയും  നവോത്ഥാന പരിസരങ്ങളിലേക്ക് കുട്ടികളിലേക്ക് എത്തിക്കുന്നതിനു വേണ്ടിയും സ്വതന്ത്ര്യ ഇന്ത്യയെ കുറിച്ച് കുട്ടികളിൽ അവബോധം ഉണ്ടാക്കുന്നതിന് വേണ്ടി  സ്വാതന്ത്ര്യം തന്നെ ജീവിതം എന്ന നോവൽ ഭാഗം പഠിക്കുകയുണ്ടായി. നവംബർ 14ാം തീയതി സ്കൂളിൽ ശിശുദിനാഘോഷം ഉണ്ടായിരുന്നു. എൽ പി യുപി വിദ്യാർത്ഥികൾ  ചാച്ചാജിയെ പോലെ സ്കൂൾ അങ്കണത്തിൽ അണിനിരന്നു. ഈ ദിവസം ശിശുദിനത്തിന്റെ പ്രസക്തിയെ പറ്റി ക്ലാസിൽ സംസാരിക്കുകയുണ്ടായി.  ഈ ദിവസങ്ങളിൽ 9 ഡി ക്ലാസ്സിൽ എം ആർ രേണുകുമാറിന്റെ കൊതിയൻ എന്ന കവിതാ സമാഹാരത്തിലെ കാണുന്നുണ്ടനേകമക്ഷരങ്ങൾ എന്ന കവിതാഭാഗം പഠിപ്പിച്ചു. കൂടാതെ കേരളത്തിൽ നടത്തിയ നവോത്ഥാന പ്രവർത്തനങ്ങളെ കുറിച്ച് വ്യക്തമായ ധാരണ കുട്ടികളിൽ ഉണ്ടാകുന്നതിന് വേണ്ടി...
